i've had my car repaired before and had been asked if i wanted aftermarket headlights and denied it ...do you think they make any aftermarket taillights? and where would i start looking. i really want the 00-01 taillights and i can't find them anywhere.

never opt for any aftermarket parts. usually they are just knock-off parts that aren't actual lexus, and look like crap. sometimes they are forced to use "aftermarket" parts because the insurance company didn't pay enough. i remember one accident my dad had with the ES. (our fault). we took it in to get fixed and they said we could pay more for the actual lexus parts, or save some money. my dad didn't know what to do then (neither me nor my bro were there), so him and my mom opted for cheaper parts because they didn't really wanna pay much extra. we got some ghetto looking upper grille, and the paint on the hood is coming off. the white paint doesn't even match the rest of the body all that well. it's too bright. oh well... that's what we get for trying to save money...
