Like key out, engine still running? You could always stall the engine for a temporary fix... just remove the mass air flow sensor and that should stall your engine.

yes, when I turn the key off it doesn't keep running but acts like it wants to keep starting

When you turn the ignition off, and it still attempts to start, try putting the car in Drive. Does it shut off? (Keep your foot on the brakes just in case)

On the same subject, have you done any electrical work on your car recently?
