Unfortunately, there aren't many parts for the 3VZ-FE besides small upgrades (i.e. Intake and universal exhausts). If you do want to be a little daring, you can always do a custom turbo or custom centrifugal s/c. The brospeed headers are only for the 4cyl Camry (5S-FE).

What about us MCV10 folks (94-96)? What performance parts are available for the earlier 1MZ-FE engines? And what did they change on the engine between 96 and 97? I've read that the intake plenum was changed, I don't know what else besides it having a different looking aluminum cover. But I do know there's a 12HP difference, and certain parts, most specifically the TRD supercharger, supposedly don't work on the MCV10.

Unfortunately, the MCV10 guys are kind of out of luck unless you do alot of custom fabrication. The only available part i know that was available for the MCV10 (engine wise) was an RS Akimoto intake designed specifically for Gen3 1MZ-FE Camry. The 96 1MZ-FE is virtually the same with the 94-95 for the exception of the new ignition wiring (3 coilpacks w/3 piggyback wiring for the rear bank for the 96 vs. 6 for the 94-95), smaller engine cover, revised cruise control actuator. The difference between the 97 vs 96 is the revised MAF unit, revised EGR equipment, ecu, and etc. As for the 12 hp difference, alot of that is ECU programmed and the utilization of a different exhaust system.

The TRD S/C will bolt on to ANY 1MZ-FE block, but getting it to work right on older 1MZ-FE applications takes alot of time and money to get it working properly. If one were to just bolt on the S/C to a 94-96 1MZ, it will work for the time being but not properly.
