Default Es 300 cel (bogging down)

My 2000 ES 300 starts and drives good for about 10 mins then it will bogg down like its out of gas lose power for about 3 seconds then good again for 14 seconds then repeats over and over
i replaced VVT Bank 1 didnt help my codes are P0300,P1354(REPEATING),C1201 Bank 1
anyone know what it could be THANKS! DAVE

Was thinking of replacing fuel filter and or o2 sensor but didnt get code for o2 sensor being bad

FYI when you remove the IACV, There is a gasket that when removed should be replaced. Especially if the valve had never been removed, it gets flat. It's like$4 at a local auto store.

Do you have any major valve cover leaks? Or oil leaks at all?

ok thx will def get that gasket
I noticed that the hose going into valve cover was cracked but no oil leaks

ok cleaned iacv replaced gasket started ca up idol was good
went for drive was great until about 10 minutes in started same thing
as before.felt like i turned off car for 3 seconds then ran for about 12 seconds
and repeated.could this be electrical?or Catalytic converter?
