Default 2004 ES330 Brake vibration

I have a 2004 ES330 that had a vibration while braking. I replaced the pads and rotors and had the wheels rotated, balanced and aligned and I am still getting the vibration, especially at highway speeds while braking. I do not have any faults that are showing up. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I checked ball joints, lower control arm bushings, tie-rod, and they were all tight. Still have same vibration

Are the wheels balanced? Is one of the brake caliper seized?

The next logical step is to have the wheels balanced ON THE CAR. Some shops, but not all are equipped to do that.

Is that what's called "roadforce balancing"?

Also look at drive-shaft / CV joint.

Check the runout on the discs, they may be warpped.

What type of parts did you use. Some aftermarket parts are low quality, (China) made and you may have been sold some of these.

Warping, poor tolerances, etc.

I have had all of the front end and suspension parts checked and had the tires balanced on the car and everything is tight with no vibration until I step on the brakes. I also had the new rotors checked for run-out and they are all within spec. This problem was there BEFORE I replaced all of the parts. I was thinking about pulling the ABS 50 amp fuse to see if it is a ABS problem. Any thoights on doing this?
