Got It!!! Intake adapter w/Foam Filter
Hey I just recieved the adapter and Filter I ordered off E-bay. I installed it on Friday and I was giving it its test run all this weekend and I am very pleased. I can definetly tell that it redlines way way quicker than before and IT SOUNDS!!!! Great.
I reccomend it to anyone who wants a more free flowing intake and to do away wiht their stock air box.
I am goign to go to homedepot and buy some dryer hose. Yes I am goign to make a ram air hehehe wiht the stock air box outta the way there is plenty of room to put it through there.

i never really trusted those companies on ebay to buy one of those off of them. it's just a 3" foam filter. i was thinking about it last year, but after our huge list of intake threads, i decided against it. many had said a drop-in filter performed much better than a 3" filter. sure it doesn't sound as loud or deep, but it keeps the performance level in its original range.
here's some links to earlier threads on the 3" cone filter.

there was a better thread on this huge debate on the 3" cone filter and the stock airbox with a drop-in filter. me and eric went all out in that thread. eric had some nice paint drawings as well (very impressive)
i'll edit and add it when i find it.
