Default Low Speed Vibration 2001 ES300

Hi - I've develop a small rumble like vibration (no sound) at low speeds between 15-25 mph that is intermittent. Sometimes car feels a little wobbly. Car has 4 newish tires and new brakes. Took the car into to tire shop. Mechanics did not notice anything wrong, did not feel vibration. However, being the owner of the car and knowing the smooth ride, I know something is definitely up. Might it be something not tire related, like struts or mounts? Bearing? Or can it be something like an engine mechanical issue that is causing rough ride at low speed?

Could be a cupped tire tread caused by loose ball joints. Loose ball joints can cause the tread surface to cup fairly quick. (Newish tires)

To verify, you could rotate the tires and see if the symptom goes away.

Default Los Speed vibration

I'll check for cupped tire marks, thanks. Though this may not be it.
The vibration is felt more in the seat in the butt and not at all in steering wheel.
