Yes, it can be easily put back to acceptable levels. In the end, it' will require extensive body work. Most of the bumper's paint s held on with the clear bra lol. But like I sad before, I really don't have any desire to do so. My friend as offered it to me when his sister buys a new car but I declined.
The weird thing about this car is the damages are so strange, they are well beyond typical wear and tear. I have owned the car for over 10-12 years and I have never encountered these type of damages.

It looks like somebody had a party in the car, driving around with drunk friends who don't give a damn about other people's property.
