Cracked blue valve next to coolant temp sensor?

Default Cracked blue valve next to coolant temp sensor?

What is the proper name for this having trouble finding one. How necessary is that I have this hooked up? there was a large vacuum leak that was causing a hesitation so I plugged the ends for now till I can get one part number would be awesome Thanks!! the one that is missing the vacuum line is the one im looking for it broke while changing my ect sensor and has been broken a long time just now started causing me issues because the crack is way bigger.

That is a TVS (Thermal vacuum switch). Going to be a dealer part.

Yeah no way am I going to pay dealer cost for this part this car is 21 years old and has 204k so I just picked a used one up off ebay hopefully its what I need looks like it.
