Wheel Bearing Noise still exists after wheel bearing replacement?

I didn't take a picture of the thread of the axle, but it has identical damage.
Anyway, the axles and bearings that I changed were the original ones. The issue was identical on both sides, and it was very difficult to unscrew the nuts. Maybe the torque gun was out of calibration, I don't know.
But indeed, first, the Toyota dealership told me that I have to change the front right bearing, because the noise was coming from that side. Then, the Lexus mechanic told me that maybe, the person who changed the bearing and the axle did something wrong, and he told me to change it again, which I did; and finally we changed the left side bearing and CV axle, which proved to be the one with the noise.
