Adding USB to 05 ES330 w/ML and Nav ??
I've tried the Grom unit and it did not work, it would not switch to CD Changer mode with CD Changer disconnected no matter what an Grom tech support could no help . Are there any other options?

Do you know if there's one that's a direct replacement? I'd like to keep the steering wheel controls and also would like it to mesh seamlessly with the ML speakers and amp.

Take a look at this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es3...o-install.html . You could keep the steering wheel controls with a module sold for aftermarket radios.
