slash and lexusk8,
PIAA H3 Xtreme whites will run you about $70/pr. I have them and like them alot.
I just ordered the Ion Crystals H3s from PIAA, just curious to see what yellow is like. Functionally it is supposed to cut the fog better and I get a lot of fog. If I like them, then I may have a pair of white PIAAs (installed in Nov. 02) up for negotiations. The ions come in Tuesday, and I will put them in next weekend.

I'll post a picture of both, maybe take a poll to help decide.

steviej, thanks for the info! upload those pics as soon as you take 'em, and if you're selling those PIAAs then I'll definitely be interested...

The 9006 Silverstars are regularly priced $25 per bulb. I bought my pair Nov. '02, and there was a $10 rebate going on during the time I bought them. Not sure if it applies right now...

Hey your car looks great. As for the alarm, you still get the remote start without the two-way. That works just as well. The only thing is that the two-way let's you "see" that your car is running or what mode its in and such. As for the system. You get what you paid for, and I paid a pretty penny. I'm a college student on a low budget but I spent what I could, and it paid off. I plan on adding more to it in the near future. Thanks for checking it out. Yeah, I'm glad we moved here, even though I'm from upstate, I despise the winter weather. Later~~>

hey lexusk8 what's up.as soon as i can i'll have some pics up with my regular and fog lights on.to me those piaa fogs are alot better than stock.as far as the price they were 200$ but i got them and my side markers put in at the same time ran me about 300 total including labor, they did a great job too put the piaa's right in where the stock ones were so that i ddint need to get another switch installed.i work them right of the regular light switch.what up slash youre definitely better off just changing your fogs.i replaced mine because i had a broken one too.called the dealer and they told me 150 to fix the 1 broken light...lol yeah ok.its definitely worth it .as soon as you turn them on you'll notice a big difference from stock.

damn that rebate is still on?? morons at advance auto told me that it's over...and they usually know what they're talking about...

yeah baller i'm just changing them, once the weather turns decent here, which it did for a week and then suddenly it snowed for like ten minutes and screwed the entire place up...i hate rochester...

baby lex, i'm going to look into adding the remote start only to the car, i'm not overly concerned about any other features, even though that two thing is so damn cool!...except i was wondering with the stock alarm, when the hell does it actually go off? doesn't it have a shock sensor built in? i've tried to make it go off just by banging on trunk or something, and nothign happens...

stevie you selling those lights or not?

I'm not too sure about the factory one. I belive only if the doors, trunk, or hood is opened while it's activated, it will trigger the alarm. But if it does recieve a big blow to it it should go off as well.

And the PIAA Ion Crystal. It doesn't look yellow like a GS, but there is a glow of yellow.
I kinda like these. There are no other ES's in my area like this.........Yet.

SlashBecks welcome to ClubLexus.

SteveJ. Nice mod. I love the yellow fog light look on Lexus cars. You got a pic of your ES from a lil farther back? Looks sweet.

Beware of those PIAA Ion Yellows. They are notorious for very short service life. Plus in certain angles, they look plain white. If you want a yellow beam, go with Matrix Yellow halogens. It will give you the yellow look of the GS and IS.
