Default ES issues

Hello,

I recently changed my knock sensors & sensor wiring harness & thermostat as well as the coolant hose under the intake manifold. Now the car seems to coast like the cruise control is on until I tap the accelerator and then the rpm's will drop and the car will slow down like normal? Any ideas as to why This is a 2000 ES 300 with 200K on it all of the other maint has been done as well.
I also smell antifreeze after I shut the car off after a long drive, and I notice that the antifreeze overflow is too full now. It was low after everything was replaced, so I filled it up now it seems too full. There is no leak anywhere Is it possible that the radiator cap needs to be replaced? Please let me know I appreciate your help!

Thanks

On the cooling system replace the cap (only use Toyota part) to be sure it's not an issue. You could have air in the cooling system as well. The "coast" problem may be a sticking throttle cable, or it could be a bad TPS but check the cable first.

I'm not sure about the other issues, (if they are issues to be honest), but this is often because the cable is too tight. The cable should be loose. Not crazy loose but free enough to drop 5mm with finger pressure, 8mm with slight force. That's actually quite loose. That's both cables. pick 5mm droop as a max

if it proves not be the cables, then my money would be on the throttle body being quite dirty and the oil / petrol vapour deposits obstructing the throttle blade / stopping / making it stick. OR, it could be that throttle axle needs some lube (I doubt it but hey covering all).

Clean the throttle body and check the tension in the cable.

Coolant expands as it gets warmer. Check the level when its cold.
