abs light and O/D off sign on

abs light and O/D off sign on
I have a 99 lexus es300 and the battery died lastnight because my girl friend left the inside light on. I gave it a boost this morning and the car is on and running but the dash is showing the abs light on and the o/d off sign? And ideas why this could be or what I should do?
