Anyone ever get bottom trim painted on 97-01

Want to get trim painted to match lower level of car. you know just that black strip that runs between the two wheels. How much you think it'll cost and can you paint that?

I was thinking of doing that too.. becasue it will make the ride look lower then it's is.....

I did that when i bought my celica...Costed me close to $75 in 1998. However, when i recently painted my whole car, i told the shop to paint it black again..at least on a celica it looked out of place!
