2000 es300 castle doesnt like up with 217lbs now what
when I torque the front passenger axle nut to 217lbs the hole is just passed the slot but the hole is 3/4 pass the end of the nut so I can get a smaller gotter pin in but it would not be in a slot.
I have to go a whole other section to get in the slot pretty much what should I do?

Thanks, I thought it was me.
Maybe this - are you talking about a tie rod end or ball joint? And if so, did you disassemble more than one thing? Some components have the same thread diameter but different height castle nut - e.g., tie rod end nut and lower ball joint nut.
