Hope I'm clear on how I did it.
Video, white plug. You need to have 3 wires connected. Red wire not connected. Plug is from a GS350 Lexus 2006 backup camera. Fits in back of radio. or just buy the plug on eBay. Got mine at a local junkyard.
Red/black strip wire is the reverse 12v backup. Apply 12 v to activate and view on screen. but you need to have a video source going to the radio or it will not switch on. Happened to me and thought it didn't work.

video input, the white plug with the 4 pins. You are going to connect the two bottom pins together - neg from the video source and the top right pin is the video input. The top left is 6V + to the OEM BACKUP CAMERA.

What I have found out on the web and youtube videos. Some plugs are used on the Toyota line. The Sienna 2005 use the tv input BLUE plug (E71) . They use the same Radio E7002 model. One Plug left to find out what is does between the R10 and F1. Anyone know what the Black plug next to GPS is for?

Some great info there! I wish I would have saw that diagram before I did my aftermarket stereo install yesterday on my ES330. It would have made installing the SWC adapter much less frustrating.

2006 ES330 Backup camera installation - OEM Nav Unit E7002
I purchased the Natkia back-up camera the beginning of this year in 2020 on Amazon and finally had time to install a few weeks ago in my 2006 Lexus ES330. I’m very impressed with the quality construction of the camera, cables tools, misc parts and instructions. The stud for the camera is 8mm, very small. The cable end fits thru the factory small hole in the trunk directly in the middle of the trim piece directly above the license plate and between the two license plate bulbs. Many people have expressed some difficulty removing the emergency exit handle in the trunk. I did discover a trick which helped using a small piece of tie wrap.
For the camera mounting I removed the trim piece above the license plate and drilled a 5/16" hole in the center and attached the camera to it. I am thankful for other YouTube videos existing of other installations. I watched a couple of them just so I’d be more comfortable with mine. I did learn one thing and that’s to test the camera before you run the whole cable thru the car. I then removed the lower and back rear seat so I could run the cable down the side ron the trunk and into the middle then forward under the center console to the nav unit. My Lexus has the factory OEM Nav. unit model E7002 non Mark Levinson installed and I just needed the Beat-Sonic BC5 input video cable adapter or other mfr cable to plug my backup camera video into the head unit. The Beat-Sonic website lists the E7002 as not compatible but others had positive results. My Nav head unit is already wired for the reverse signal . The Natika backup camera video quality was good. I had previously installed the USA Spec BT45-TOY which adds auxiliary input and Bluetooth functionality to the factory Nav OEM head unit.

I just had my 2004 ES330 that had the OEM GPS/Audio player (E7002), set for up with this harness that worked well - https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F131399979034 - and using the above camera from Amazon. Total was $29.99 for the harness, and $39.99 for the camera, $70 to keep my existing OEM system was well worth it.

Cheap harness
Thank you everyone for your ideas, tips. I found a cheaper oem harness on eBay $10 shipped while doing this installation. It’s for a Mazda but works great. It’s the same 4 pin harness as Toyota. Just want to give back to this thread and the community.
