Just got 01 ES300 Coach

from looking at yours my guesses are:
1)different badging on the fenders (obviously coach instead of platinum)
2)your has perforated leather, platinum has different leather from normal (I think it's the texture or pattern)
3)My Badges Lexus front and rear are Black Mettalic (ES300 is on lid instead of tail light)
4) Mine has Factory HIDs (not sure if is was true of all Platinum Eds)
Didn't notice anything aside from your interior is Dark Gray and there aren't too many that are Dark Gray.

Weird, i just noticed this. My car has the Lexus emblem on the back on the light like OP's Coach. I wonder why yours is up on top like that. Check mine out

I have a 2000 Platinum and it didnt come with HIDs
