Stupid question - what does JDM stand for?

JDM = Japanese Domestic Market, which refers to products that were never meant to be sold outside of Japan.

Well i was in a recent fender bender so my JDM stuff is on hold

So are the cushions and neck rests practical and comfy to drive with? Or is that more of a show thing?

Where would you order stuff like that?

Ebay and importers can get them, it really depends on what you want.

Junction produce I see resellers in the usa selling it but they are marking it up quite a bit, about 2x as much as it costs in Japan especially now with the Weak Yen.

As for JDM OEM parts, that can be tricky, used parts can be found on ebay. There really isn't much JDM oem parts for the ES that you would want, except for Clear corners and JDM badges, all the rest of the parts are pretty much the same.

I am fortunate that my inlaws live in Japan and my wife usually goes there at least once a year so I usually give her my laundry list of stuff I want but I'm usually limited to small and light stuff that fit in suitcases.

I have a few more JDM stuff I haven't installed, I have a set of PIAA horns and a JDM remote starter kit but I think I need another harness kit to make it work with the immobilizer. I also got a JDM Blitz Air filter I posted about earlier.

It's mostly JDM accessories I'm after as there wasn't much JDM optional parts for the Windom/ES to begin with not like the Altezza/IS or Aristo/GS.
