01 ES300 Rack and pinion moving against rubber grommet.
I have a 2001 ES300 that while you're driving the car, it will veer left or right when turning at 55mph or higher. I was told by a friend that my tie rods were about to fail or are failing now. I have checked both driver and passenger side tie rods and they look and feel fine. They look and feel tight and the rubber is not cracked or worn. I did notice that the rack and pinion move when turning the steering wheel left or right also the front tires are worn on the inside like it has a several toe in issue. So my question is, is there a way for me to replace the rubber grommet and clamp and will this stop the rack and pinion from moving? Or is there something else I need to look at that could be causing this issue? Please help you guys were very helping with the sensor issues I had and the car is running motor wise almost perfect for an older car.

Fixed It
I found my issue, the mounting bolt near the yoke adjustment was loose. It took me three full turns to get it tight. Not sure why this came loose or how long its been as I just noticed it this morning and I have only driven the car on pavement and haven't hit any pot holes to think of. happy camper.
