Fuel filter: 23300-20040
PCV valve: 12204-20010

The PCV valve is under the intake manifold, so you may/may not have to remove it to replace it. The fuel filter is below and behind the battery.

why do you need to change the fuel fitler?
from what i have seen toyota filteres are supposed to be lifetime ones
even the parts guy i know said he has only sold 3 in 6 years

There are a few Lexus techs (VVT-i, DevilDog, Sooner) who hang out in the the Maintenance Forum. I think I've seen them remark that the fuel filter is liftetime. If you run a search of that forum, you may come up with a thread with the answer to your question.

You need to change it because there is sediment picked up from the bottom of your gas tank. And eventually that filter clogs. It's recommended to be changed at least every 60k miles by your dealer's service department of recommended list of services. Obviously the parts guy you go to doesn't deal with many customers.

oh ok
well if you are doing just a basic tune up the filter should be fine unless you are running into hesitation problems from having really bad gas a few times (usually from little town gas stations at the side of the interetate, middle of no where)
otherwise just leave the fuel filter alone
just as a thought i would change the
air filter
the pcv valve can be cleaned very easily rather than being replaced
have the throttle body cleaned ,you can do it yourself with a can real easy.definatly peks an engine right up
oil change
and a good fuel injector cleaner
or see who in your area has a machine called a motor vac
it is a high pressure fuel system cleaner works worders
usually 100 canadain so about 60 usd
your gas mileage will jump drastically
also will help to clean the spark plugs( unless they are damaged ) to new and cat
if you end up doing the motor vac then do the oil change after it
as their willl be a little wash down from the cylinders to the oil
