What is your favorite wood color (on a wood kit) on the es300? Mine is American Rosewood or Italian Burlwood (thinking of getting the Rosewood kit).

Are you adding on to the factory wood, or replacing it altogether? If you're keeping the factory wood on the console, I would pick whichever matches the color (first priority) and burl (second priority) of the factory wood the best. If you're replacing, then you can choose what you like. I personally prefer what most vendors call Italian Burlwood (closest to the California Walnut that comes stock). Beware of the fine print if you're concerned with getting real vs. synthetic.
If you have a black interior, plan on replacing everything, and don't mind synthetic, a "black" ( in actuality, medium gray) burlwood kit looks nice. A friend of mine has an Acura TL-S with this trim, and it looks pretty nice. If I could find a vendor selling a real wood kit (like the '02 GS SportDesign) in this color, I might go for it.
