hello, the ecu on my es300 92 M/T is damaged (not sending ground to a couple of injectors) and i found one for a M/T but its marked as california emissions. Im aware that im gonna get a CEL cause of the missing 3rd O2 sensor and the EGR. Besides that, is the car going to run fine?
thank you

Probably the reason no one has answered your question is no one has tried to swap the federal ECU for a Cali unit in a M/T ES300. You can't use the A/T version without a bunch of headaches no shift solenoids and speed sensor will mean constant codes and the computer in limp mode. There are some M/T ECUs on Ebay but pricey search for 89661-33111
I remember seeing in one of the pictures you posted a frayed wire are you sure the problem is not because of a damaged harness?

It seems that the harness is not the problem. I tested the wires at the ecu connector for those 2 injectors and theres no ground. So the ecu is not firing those 2 injectors

If the ECU is bad then it can be repaired especially if the driver transistor for the injector(s) are burnt out. When you say no ground do you mean no ground switching occurring?
