Have this 99 Lexus es300 and parking lights are not coming on. All other lights are working. replaced switch at the steering wheel, checked the fuse and not getting any power there. wonder if my after market HIDs could be causing this. was working fine till the guy at the auto parts hooked up the terminals incorrectly and caused a big spark and blew the main fuse.
