I'm sorry if this question has already been addressed, but I'm a newbie and couldn't figure out how to narrow my search down.

I've been looking for new headlight assemblies for my 1996 ES300. The car is in amazing condition minus the nasty faded headlight lenses. I've done the restoration kit thing to it twice, but it only lasts for a while.

I've searched the web and found some fairly cheap ones (less than $200 each OUCH still)
The problem is that every set that I look at says they will not fit a 96. They all say that they fit a 92-94. To me, they look identical but I would hate to buy the wrong set.

Also, does anyone know where I could find a cheaper set of headlight assemblies? They need to be brand new. Every used set I've seen look as bad as mine, or have just been restored before being put on ebay.
