I just found out we have a tire and wheel calculator on this forum, just putting it in the thread for those who are interested, very handy.

Also, there a couple of other things that might make your lexus experience more enjoyable and trouble free.
First: Fortify the ground cable from the battery to the chassis. The stock cable is very small and over time with corrosion, etc it really isn't up to the job anymore. I did mine using 0 gauge wire but either 4 or even 8 gauge would be an improvement. You will need to buy a new battery terminal from a store to accommodate the larger wire and you will also need 1.5 to 2 feet of wire. You can use the other terminal to connect to the chassis or purchase a lage variety of lugs for this. Be sure to sand the area around the new lug to the bare metal to assure good contact This modification will probably cost you about $10 and is well worth it. Your electrical system will thank you
Second: Communicating with your car. An ELM327 adapter is available on the Internet for about $10 shipped. This allows you to connect to your car with your phone, see and clear fault codes, and also has the ability to display real time gauges. I use the app called torque which is available free for android. The full version is $5 and we'll worth it. Just the time and gas saving from one or two trips to the auto parts store to get codes read or cleared and the device will have paid for itself. There is also an adapter (wired) and software available called techstream, this allows you to change factory settings for the car like how long the lights stay on after the car is off, if the car will beep when you lock it, etc. This software and cable runs between $20 and 30 online. Again, a trip to the dealer to change something and the device will have paid for itself.
All told these modifications and devices can be had for $20 to $50 total. Probably the best bang for the buck out there right now for these cars.
Also, change your pcv valve and probably also the hose going to it. The pcv sysrem not operating correctly causes sludging in these engines.
Another thing consider is a new cabin air filter, makes air in the car smell nice and fresh, those thing get pretty nasty. Here is a link to the cabin air filter procedure :

Good to know. I have a habit of doing the ground wire on every car I own, it's a carryover from my car audio days and "I have to find a use for all this 0 gauge wire I saved". I guess I am only 1/3 of the way to the "Big 3" ), it was just glaringly obvious to me that the ground was junk, it has to be around 12 gauge, which is laughably small.
