Slight miss at 40 mph

OK - here's one for you. My 02 ES300 has a slight miss at 40 mph - it happens between 39 and 41 mph ONLY. 1 mph below or above this and it's gone!
And NO OBDC codes!

I cleaned the front side - I'll take it out and thoroughly clean the whole thing.
