I have a 2003 ES300. I want to get an aftermarket stereo that has Bluetooth and the ability to stream music from my phone (like an aux cable or Bluetooth audio would work too). Has anyone done this before? Any recommendations on what radio to buy?

Yes, it is possible. You will need to get a wiring harness adapter and a double din kit for the face. The kits are available on eBay starting at around 25 dollars. As for radios, it's very subjective and it depends on how much you want to spend.

Ok thanks I'll have to check eBay. If I wanted to get one with a screen (similar to the factory navigation system that came with this model ES) would I just buy the radio, wiring harness, and double din kit and just plug it all in or is there more to it?

If you want to do double din (and who doesn't), then you need to look at this thread a month or so old. Surprised you didn't find it.
