1998 ES300 - My 1st Car

Thanks It is an OEM lip for the 97-99 ES/Windom.
It rides stiffer than stock for sure, but I kinda like it. It also feels more planted to the ground around corners.
I used to be able to hear clunking noises from the front and creaking noises from the rear with my stock suspension. After I put the coilovers in, all those noises disappeared
Btw.. Lexus quoted me $1,400.00 JUST TO REPLACE THE REAR STRUTS.... HA.. I did everything myself for around $500! Can't be more happy.
P.s. I scrapped hard on a speed bump for the first time ever yesterday.. I didn't even know what happened at first, speed bumps were never an issue until now lol

Your car look super nice. I want those headlights, and I bet they will looks great with projectors. I think the front needs to be a bit lower (or rear raised a bit), but the height is perfect IMO. where did you get the Windom emblem? Any more updates? When I see 3ES's being modded it gives me inspiration to mod mine, even with all the hail damage it has lol

You are right, the fronts did look pretty high in comparison to the back. I swapped my front coilovers from tein to megan because the teins would making weird binding noises when I turned my wheel. When I changed out my coilovers I set the megans to the lowest setting. I rub a tiny bit when I go over potholes or speedbumps but nothing too bad. megans dont go as low as I wanted :-(
My "WINDOM" and "3.0G" emblems were ordered off megazip.net. Not sure if they still have them though.
My friends and I got bored so we started messing around with my friends camera. Shots came out pretty ugly since we didn't have the right settings and my photoshop skills arent the best.

Here's the before and after of my quad projector setup I just finished. If you want to minimize cutting, go with bi-xenon 60mm matchboxes for the high beams and just lock the cutoff for the high setting. Could always get 55w if you feel it isn't bright enough. If you are running HIDs or LEDs for fogs just aim the highs up and don't worry about it.

I'm curious as well, i had bought new lights for a previous car i had and couldn't take them apart because of the type of glue that was used. I have heard that taking it apart with a dimble drill (i think that's what is called) and then gluing it back together.

I opened the corner lights up by heating it with a heat gun and prying off the lens with a screwdriver. Then I painted it and add the led strips. As long as you don't hold the heatgun right next to the plastic for a long time, the plastic won't start to bubble.
If there's any confusion, I have 3 sets of corner lights. The oem usdm, the depo ones that im experimenting with, and the jdm ones that are currently on the car.
