Jetson I can't tell you how bad my wife loathes the estate wagon....she has never even driven it. She has ridden in it 2 times. I understand your position

Ha. Sounds like your wife and mine are the same. Most recently I had a jeep Wrangler rental for two weeks. She refused to ride in it. My mr2 i used to have she probably rode in 3 or 4 times grudgingly , same with my old rx7. Women can be very defiant when it comes to cars.

OK and the engine ticking has ceased. The culprit was a failing exhaust valve bucket on Cylinder #3. I was sure the noise was a fuel injector, but not the case at all. It just kept getting louder and louder so I invested some money in this car because it's got a lot of life left in it.
