I have the same problem, both in regular and advanced mode.
I figured it was part of the "newbie" restrictions but when I went back and read the details... apparently not.
I did a couple by manually 'coding' them in.
Mmatheny, are you using IE by any chance?

Ah, I am on IE, but I think an even older version.
Could be the issue, however I am on two other auto forums using the same operating package (for lack of better term) and have no problems accessing features.
