Default 98 ES300 Stains on back bumper

My White 98 ES300 has Stains on the back bumper from trees or something. I can't figure out what to use to get them off without damaging the painted bumper. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you already tried the usual suspects? Clay barring, Mr. Clean Eraser, Baking soda, Oxyclean? lol

otherwise you could try compound and polish.

Just try lighter stuff then move into heavier cleaners. I would imagine clay barring would take it out if it's tree sap or something along those lines.

Try rubbing alcohol on a paper towel. I used that to remove tree sap. If not you'll want a polishing compound, like Meguiars Polishing compound, which has a very light abrasive to it. Rubbing compound and baking soda might be too harsh.

In addition to the other good suggestions try WD-40 which also works great on removing tar, bugs and residual adhesive from decals /stickers.
