So I just got my 05 Es 330 not to long ago and I want to improve the speed acceleration and overall performance. What are things that I can get done to improve the overall performance or buy for it?

Sell it. The car is slow, it'll always be slow. Cold air intakes on the market are garbage and will usually decrease power, since they do nothing but suck up hot air from the engine bay which increasing IAT and causes the ECU to retard timing. In the unlikely event that it does add power, the gains will be so tiny that the only thing you'll feel is placebo effect. Headers might give you a few horsepower, but nothing to brag about.
You can look into a turbo kit, though that'll cost a lot of money and you'll be highly restricted due to the weak engine design. And you'll likely blow the engine, anyway.
End result? Keep it stock or buy something else.

You want a quick car that gets decent gas mileage, has four seats, is fairly quiet, has a decent interior, and won't depreciate much? Get a 2004-2006 GTO. They're a low 13 second car, I used to get high 20s to low 30 MPGs on the highway (with 350-400hp), it was very quiet inside, and it had enough room in the back for a six foot passenger while my 6'4" self was driving.
Want a faster 4-door? Get an E55 AMG. It'll get horrendous gas mileage and the air shocks are $450 each, but it's quick as hell (mid-to-low 12s at 115mph in the quarter mile) and is pretty reliable when it comes to being a 469hp Mercedes.
That being said, both of them are going to run $10,000-16,000.

Yowza. Thanking you for pointing that out. I just read up on that. I though thet were dressed up Grand AMs, I totally misunderstood that car. There is A LOT to like there and very little to complain about from the reviews I just read. Got to go check one out and consider for the future.
