Question 1mz-fe - Removing the rear (right hand) exhaust manifold?

Any tips on removing the rear 1/2 of the exhaust manifold? (Right hand?) The FSM floating around here was pretty vague and I'm having a tough time finding a write-up. There doesn't seem to be any room to get to the bolts with the crossmember and all sorts of other goodies in the way.

The EGR delete plate had corroded and snapped right off the manifold while trying to remove the rear A/F ratio sensor. There is a lack of space to drill the bolts out straight with the manifold on the vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.
