Default 2002 es300 overheating need help

I have replaced the temp sensor, temp sender and thermostat. All relays are fine. Fan on the right comes on but not the left fan. Coolant gets hot and boils but gauge reads normal. I have no clue what to do next. Can anyone help?

Usually both fans work together. You need to check the voltage going to the fan, should be 12V. If it is, then the fan is probably defective.

When you replaced the coolant, did you burp the system by leaving the rad cap off and letting it idle?

Thank you for the reply!!!

So today all was good, no overheating. The only issue now is the passenger side fan does not come on, on the driver side fan turns on. I connected the battery directly to the non working fan and it comes right on but it doesn't switch on like the other does.

Yes I did burp it.

Turn on you A/C - the fan should come on
I found putting the car's front end on an incline (small ramps as a 2x4 under the tires) helped me burp my coolant system. With the engine cold, I took off the cap, ran the engine and topped off, pushing down on the front suspension several times to force the air to the cap.
Monitor you expansion tank coolant level. There is a line on it stating the proper level when hot / operating temp.

Ok I'll give that a try tonight.

I'll let you know what happens.

Thanks again

+1 on getting it "nose up" when burping. Also, you had the heat on full tilt when doing that, right?
