so... i was at the NY Int'l Auto show and they had some amazing cars on display! since this is clublexus and the es300 forum, here are some pics of the es300!




Lexus was showing off their CPO (certified pre-owned vehicle) and what better car to represent it than the 2001 Lexus ES300! yea... i know its not the greatest shot but people were walking all over the place and blocking my view!




The hood on the 2003 ES300 was unlocked so i opened the hood to see what's inside.

Is the bottom part of that white ES silver or beige? I could never tell, in some lights the underside of white two-tone Lexus's look silver, in other lights beige.

 

It looks silver on that white ES, it may be the lighting that fooled you . I like the lighter shade of silver on the '00-'01 white ES better than the darker silver on the '97-'99 ones. Funny how Lexus stopped making the 2-tone body colors on the '02-'03 ES, but personally I love the 2-tone classic/modern look!

On another note, I plan to be at the NYC auto show this Saturday. Gotta check out the Lexus concept car in person!
