This is a common problem on most of the '92-'94 ES I've seen. As far as I know, unfortunately there is no way to eliminate the moisture in the tailight housing except to remove the entire assembly. Same story for the headlamps.

How long have you had the condensation in the tailight? If it hasn't been too long, I'd give it a week at most, and you might start seeing less and less of the moisture. You can keep your tailights turned on to speed up the drying process. Let us know how it turns out. Hope this info helps.

I had the same problem with my '94 ES and the dealer had to change the whole taillight assembly. Luckily it was still under warranty so it didn't cost me a penny. They mentioned to me that the sealing gasket probably dried up. If you want to replace or repair the gasket the whole assembly has to be removed. It took the dealer less than an hour to do this job.
