Something like this should be a direct drop in replacement although technically you should upgrade the wiring.

Some info for anyone looking to upgrade their alternator. The direct swap 130amp unit is Lexus part number 27060-20190-84 this is from a 2000-2003 RX300, towing package. The unit I linked to is a rebuilt version of this. Non towing package is a 100amp unit part # 27060-20140-84 also a direct swap.
I don't see the 130amp Denso reman on Rockauto only the 100amp which is Denso 210-0439. There are several other manufacturers/rebuilders such as Remy, ACDelco TYC etc. I don't have much experience with these brands. Units from the Highlander, Sienna and just about anything with the 1MZ/3MZ engine will bolt up but you may have to swap the connector.

I just replace my 80 amp alternator today with an used 2001 Lexus RX300 130 amp alternator. It is a direct fit and no mod is required. I spent about 2 hours on it, the tensionary bolt is the difficult one to align. Other than that, it is a simple bolt out and bolt in. It is still too early to say, but my head light dimming is got and my voltage stays above 14v most of the time.
