2001 ES 300 multitude of issues
Well, I made the mistake of buying a car from a buy here pay here lot 8 months ago without getting it checked out first (I know, I know, stupid move). Let's just say it's not in the best of conditions and I learned my lesson. My ABS Light is on, check engine light is on, the horn doesn't work and neither does the right rear turn signal.
The CEL is probably due to the O2 sensor being bad (rough idle, uses lots of gas so that's just an assumption, haven't gotten a code reader yet) but I'm having a hard time figuring out why the ABS light is on, why the horn won't work and why the right rear turn signal isn't functioning as well. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the turn signals and horn? I want to chase down these issues but I'm having a bear of a time finding the wiring diagrams.

Your ABS light is probably lit because of the check engine light. First, get an OBD II reader so you know what the problems are. Without knowing the errors you are troubleshooting in the blind.
If, after clearing the problems causing the CEL, you still have the ABS light then you'll have to troubleshoot that.
I'd check the wiring at the upper left of the trunk, near the hinge, for your rear turn signal problem. Not unusual for the wires to break there.
Have you checked the fuse and the relay for the horn? I'd start there.
