2004 Lexus ES 330 Quad Projector Upgrade: 2x D2S Xenon 35W + 2x LED 30W
Originally, the car came with reflector Xenons, which were good for little more than 100 feet of good light. About 2 years ago I upgraded to the projector housings and transferred the ballasts, and replaced the D2R bulbs with Osram Night Breaker Xenarc D2S bulbs. Big upgrade, but I got bored with it and wanted to go with quad projectors.
I came across some mint Mercedes S550 projectors on eBay (40 bucks) and decided to upgrade my foglights to have a quad projector setup. I am using the Opt7 kit ($100), which is rated at 30 watts per bulb and 3500 lumens each. The plastic was hazed after 12 years so I got a replacement set of fog assemblies and baked them to get the plastic cover off. I also got some 3" projector shrouds to complete the look.
Here's a pic and video of the output. Big difference in the illumination in the road! It's not necessary to run them in built up traffic or city areas but the extra light is nice on the highway and country roads. The goal is to see people, objects, or deer sooner.
Low Beam: 2 x 35W D2S Osram Xenarc Night Breaker 4250K
Fog Projectors: 2 x 30W Opt7 LED kit 6000K
Side Markers and Parking Lights: ijdmtoy 7.5W 194 LED

i just bought my first lexus, its an 02 es300 and its really in amazing shape, im looking to do the projectors from the reflector hids, and was thinking about putting wheels and bc coil overs on it, since you know, im 24 haha im just amazed at how good this car held up for being driven from my state, nj to arizona countless times. i paid 800 bucks for it, everything works, no scratches, no dents. im looking for a source to get the projectors though, could you maybe help me out with where you go them at?
