Default 1993 Lexus ES 300

Hi,
I am new to the forum and recently my 1993 ES 300 started making clicking noise when driving. I parked the car and an hour later I saw puddle of tranny fluid. I looked under the hood and see that the housing that holds the drive side axle is torn. Please look at the picture and help me find what part I need to replace. I recently bought it with 89000 miles. The car is in excellent shape and was driving fine. I didn't hit anything as far as I recall. The guy that I bought from told me that he recently changed both axles. Could it be that the shop guys didn't fastened the bolts with enough torque?
