Default 1999 ES300 - What to tackle first?

Hey everyone, so we have this 1999 ES300 and it's giving me the following codes:

P0420
P0441
P0446

And after filling it with gas it has trouble starting.
Which of these codes or issues should I try to tackle first? Thanks.

Reset the ECU by disconnecting the negative battery cable for 30 min and see if they come back. During that time, clean the MAF.

Could replace the gas cap if you never have.

^^^ you can actually reset the computer without disconnecting the battery. one fuse under the dash and 2 under the hood. the 2 under the hood are ECU & EFI (if IRC) and the one under the dash is ecu as well. disconnect for about 30min to an hr
