2000 Lexus es300 code P0305
My check engine light and traction control light we're on. The car was riding rough I found out that it had a valve cover leak. Which was causing which was causing all my random misfires. I changed the cover spark plugs and the coils changed. Less than a week later the lights come back on I have code p0305 cylinder 5 misfire detected and it smells like gas now. Any ideas??

If you already did all that work and still getting the same code it's likely something to do with an injector or fuel issue.
My dad's friend recently went through a similar issue on his 2002 Honda Odyssey, changed, plugs, coils, even fuel pump. The problem turned out to be clogged fuel injector on cylinder 1, he kept getting a cylinder 1 misfire code.
He replaced the 3 injectors on that side and the issue is now gone.
You can try run some fuel injector cleaner through the car, try something like Liqui Moly Jectron or BG44K, BG products can be expensive and harder to find.
Though it's likely those products won't do a thorough enough cleaning.
There's some videos on youtube that show you how to clean injectors using a tire valve some carb cleaner and energizing the injector quickly to flush the gunk out.
