2000 es300
Is there a Toyota transmission that I can use that's interchangeable for my 2000 es300 u140e transmission help I looked everywhere for a interchange list and can not find one

This list is close to being accurate. Keep in mind it is not purely US models. The year ranges given can refer to models sold that MY but in other markets (e.g, the ES300 year range is clearly wrong for US models).

It gives you a starting point and then actual p/n's can be compared on a possible donor unit.
Rebuilding a transmission is also an option and often cheaper. It also often has a better outcome than swapping in a unit with unknown history, depending upon your mechanical skill level and facilities.
