2005 ES330. About to turn 200k. Thought I'd celebrate by replacing the original, well worn shift know. Are they all interchangeable? What about after market *****? Should I avoid them in favor of OEM or are they OK?

Any guidance mucho appreciated.

Depends on what you type of shift **** (style) you're looking for. Most after market shift ***** comes with the necessary hardware to screw on the shift ****.

Upgrade to a Lexus **** with wood on it. I think they interchange with a lot of Toyota and Lexus models that don't have a button on the shifter.

A bit off topic, but is there a way to find a new OE shift **** for the 97-01 ES300?

I remember somebody posting how they found an Avalon shift **** for their ES.

My current shift know is wood with leather on the sides and front. Problem is the leather is looking a bit raggedy. It would be nice if I could find one that's all wood and matches the rest of the interior.
