Hey guys. New to forum! Just picked up a black 05 and need to fix/ replace seats. Looking at some 04 rear seats for sale. Anybody know if 04 seats will fit into a 05? Thanks!

They should fit without issue, no real changes between those mys.

FYI, unless the leather is badly torn, you can get excellent results from Leatherique restoration kits; usually substantially cheaper than replacement seats.

I recently started looking into repairing the worn leather on my 98 es300 and so visited couple of leather repair places. They are not actually as expensive as I thought and they can do a variety of things. They can restore the existing leather if cracks are not too deep or even change leather by strips (Dont have to change the whole thing, only the damaged strips). So try that option, check out some local leather repair shops and you will get an idea.

I thought 2002-04 had only heated seats, and 2005-06 had heated and ventilated seats?
If so then the seat might physically fit, but the electronics won't match up easily, not to mention the perforated leather is different.

Edit: OP is looking for rear seats. Not sure if the leather pattern changed with the face-lift but it should bolt right up.
