Default '05 ES330 - Dim Headlights & Fogs?

My headlights, and fog lights, seem to be pretty dim. I'm pretty sure all of the bulbs are original to the car. Would changing the bulbs be the best way to go, or, is this an electrical issue I should trace out? My interior bulbs aren't too bright, either.

Headlights dim over time. Change them out and see if they become noticeably brighter.
If all the lights on your car seem to be dim, it could signify an electrical issue, such as a dying battery or alternator. Check voltages at the alternator and perform a load test on the battery.

Thank you very much! I'll get some new bulbs for the low-beams first, as, they are used the most. Any recommendations for either high or low beams?

seriously? in my book a bulb is either good or dead. to help headlight clarity, get a headlight cleaner kit and make those lenses shine again.
