The Right dash Air Vent on my 2001 Lexus ES300 Is loose for some reason. Its fine when I move it horizontally, but when I move it vertically its totally loose, and seems to be unhinged. Its weird as I barley used it.

Does anyone know how to remove that vent with out causing any damage? I would like to examine it to see whats wrong.
