Default Michelin Premier A/S

I just put 4 new Michelin Premier A/S on my 2004 ES330. The ride is horrible!
I have spoken to the dealer and Michelin. The dealer wants to put a set of Defenders on the car.
Michelin says that they now only support you putting Premier A/S on this car.

Everything I read says the Premier is suppose to be comfortable. Comfort is my number 1 criteria for a tire.
Any ideas/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

That's strange. I just went from some old Primacy MXV4s to Premier A/S and the ride is still comfortable. It is a tiny bit more bumpy but it drives very well.

Is your suspension in check and are your wheels balanced?

Thanks *****,
Yes those things have been checked since tires went on. Michelin could not fogure it out either
and said, believe it or not, that it could be a tire defect. Swap all four tires and drive it.

That is likely what I should do -- I just hate swapping the tires without knowing where we are going.

Is it possible your tire pressure is higher than what it should be? What tires did you have before this?
