I have the same yellow fuse in my son's 95 Lexus and no fuel pump relay and no fan one relay and I'm in the same boat I can't figure it out I replaced the fuel pump I hate this goddamn car

Hello,
This thread is about 6 years old, the OP is long since gone. Please create a new thread, elaborating on the specific issue that you have, what's the mileage on the car, what was done to resolve the problem, anything can be useful.
That Yellow fuse is not a fuse actually, it is a Jumper that powers ECU-B and DOME fuses, at least in a 3rd-gen ES, not sure about your specific car, here is a Fuse Diagram for your car. For any further assistance, a lot more information is needed.
